Working good straight out of the box!

Bought two of the homeowner kits just to try on a job - fast delivery and everything as described! Ran the Molereaper traps and will vouch for the effectiveness with (6) catches using only (10) traps. I feel these are easier to set than tunnel traps and doing a trap check is much faster and efficient. Zero misses so far with clean kills and no signs of trap avoidance. Spring strength, actuation speed and solid construction has been the tuned combination that makes these Molereaper’s a great tool to kill moles - I will be ordering more.

Thanks for the feedback, Butch! I always enjoy reading reviews with technical feedback. You understand exactly what makes a mole trap effective. Thank you for your support and looking forward to working with you into the future.

Impressed!!!!!!

All I can say is that this scissor traps really work!!!!
I have a severe mole infestation and I tried about everything they have to offer as far as mole traps go.
I purchased your scissors traps and I got results right away!!!!!!! No experience whatsoever on how to use the traps and I already have eliminated 6 moles in about 2 weeks.
Do not waste your money and get frustrated with unproductive results. Instead use the mole reaper traps and let them do the work .
I recommend this product to anyone who wants to eliminate the destructive mole infestation.

Thanks so much for taking time to give some amazing feedback, Rolando. We appreciate your support and thrilled you're snagging those moles! Thank you! 🙏

Excellent Product!

I’ll try to keep it short but there’s a lot I could say 😊. I purchased the starter kit 2 weeks ago. I have a small yard and have trapped ten moles so far. The key point to these traps being so successful is product design. They are specific to the task, good quality materials, and easy operation. I’m in my 50’s and have some arthritis in my hands. I have no problems setting the traps. My only suggestion would be that the long spoon tool be a bright neon color. After losing it in the grass a few times I put a red zip tie on the middle of it 😆. Great Product.

Krista, thank you so much for taking the time to give some amazing feedback. It's reviews like this that keep me going. Keep up the great work!!! 💪💪

Great idea with the zip tie! I'm going to be offering bright orange powdercoated traps so I might take your recommendation and coat some spoons and setting tools. Thank you for the feedback! 🙏

Slow down

First 2 hrs of setting I caught one. After that none even with setting in new tunnels. Had a lot of rain lately so wasn’t sure if mud effects traps as two went off with anything caught.

Hi Paul! Great job on catching your mole. So with heavy rain the trap can do a little settling and set itself off. A couple things you can do to combat this is if you are expecting heavy rain, set the trap so the trigger pan is about 1/2'-3/4' off the floor of the tunnel. In other words don't set the trap as deeply as you normally would. Also make sure the trigger pan is not set right at the edge of the dog (trigger rod). Leave about an 1/8' of the dog sticking out of the bottom of the pan. So basically don't set it with a hair trigger. Secondly, if you have a trap that is sprung and empty, probe the bottom and sides of the tunnel to see if the mole dug around or under the trap. You'll feel your finger poke into a new tunnel if they dug around it. If this is the case, then move down a foot or so and do a completely new set, making sure to make your initial excavation is no wider than the trap and clean out each side of the tunnel really well. When it dries up a bit I have no doubt you'll get your second mole, if it was indeed a mole that tripped the empty traps. Thanks and feel free to reach out if you have anymore questions.
